Karthikumar - Managing Partner.
An Engineering graduate with Master's degree in Business Administration having nearly a decade of experience in Banking, Finance and Telecommunications.
Karthikumar is a first generation entrepreneur to have ventured into business, nevertheless D&B is making its mark in its area of operations thanks to his diligence and leadership.
Sruthi Aishwarya- Partner.
Sruthi is a graduate in Commerce and had an exciting career with the E-Commerce giant, Amazon India. She handles the Digital marketing vertical of D&B and complements Karthikumar in managing the firm.

Shakti Hormann Limited (formerly Shakti Met-Dor Ltd) was incorporated in 1988 primarily to manufacture steel doors, windows, and other building material products to cater to the global construction industry. Since 1994, Shakti Hormann has established itself as one of India's leading producers of Hollow Metal Doors. The manufacturing plant is situated at Gagillapur village, R.R. District on the outskirts of Hyderabad with over 250,000 Sq.ft of manufacturing and warehouse space.
The manufacturing facility is one of the most modern in the world with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment capable of producing over 150,000 custom made Doors and Frames per annum in one of the industry's finest ISO 9001-2000 certified plants. The range of doors includes Fire-resistant doors, Scientific doors, General application doors, Residential doors and Sliding-doors with a large number of options in ironmongery , sizes and finishes. The Hörmann Group , one of Europe's leading door manufacturer's desire to enter the Indian market led to partnering with the leading Indian company in the Steel door business namely Shakti Met- Dor (now Shakti Hormann). The company is now part of the Hormann group with its majority holding reflected in its new name Shakti Hormann Limited .
